Clear answers about our tests, protocols, membership, and how it all works.
Your membership covers everything you need to take control of your health: comprehensive blood and urine tests (80–100+ biomarkers depending on your plan), biological age measurement, a fully personalised protocol (nutrition, targeted supplements, lifestyle changes), a detailed results explanation from our clinical team, and ongoing support from a dedicated health coach. You also get access to your personal dashboard to track results and progress over time.
We analyse 80–100+ biomarkers across 14 health categories: metabolism, inflammation, cardiovascular health, thyroid, hormones, vitamins and trace elements, liver function, kidney function, autoimmunity, immune system, lipid profile, and iron. This amounts to at least ten times more tests than a standard annual check-up, which covers an average of just 14 biomarkers. You can view the full list of biomarkers here.
A fully personalised action plan based exclusively on your own results, medical history, family history, diet, and goals. It includes: dietary guidance (foods that help, foods to avoid, a weekly meal plan), targeted supplements based on your deficiencies, an exercise plan, and practical lifestyle changes. Every recommendation is backed by scientific evidence and comes with clear instructions for implementation. Each protocol is reviewed and approved by our clinical team.
Preventive medicine focuses on identifying and correcting imbalances before they develop into chronic disease. Rather than waiting for symptoms to appear, you gain a deep understanding of how your body is functioning and receive personalised recommendations for optimisation. Conventional medicine excels at treating acute conditions, but often focuses on managing symptoms rather than addressing root causes. Kyma combines extensive testing, holistic analysis, and evidence-based protocols to address root causes — not just symptoms.
Many of our members felt perfectly healthy before their tests. Yet the majority discover deficiencies, metabolic imbalances, or hidden risk factors that have not yet manifested as symptoms. That's the real value of early detection — you can act while issues are small, rather than waiting until they become serious. Even if your results come back excellent, you gain a detailed baseline that gives you full control over your health long-term, along with clear guidance on how to optimise it further.
Kyma operates in Greece and the United Kingdom, with a network of over 50 accredited laboratories. In Greece, we are currently available in Attica. In the UK, our members have access to laboratories across the country, as well as home blood draws through a network of certified phlebotomists.
Both plans include a personalised protocol, results explanation, and health coach support. The main differences lie in the scope of testing and the number of coaching sessions. Core covers 80+ biomarkers across the most critical health categories. The Complete plan covers 100+ biomarkers across additional categories — including an extended hormone profile, autoimmunity markers, and advanced cardiovascular and metabolic panels. It also includes 7 annual sessions with our team. If you want the most comprehensive picture, Complete is the best choice.
Any adult who wants to understand how their body is truly functioning and make informed decisions about their health. Our members include people looking to optimise their performance, people who have not found answers through the conventional healthcare system, and people with a family history of chronic disease who want to take preventive action.
Standard tests covered by public or private insurance typically include 10–15 biomarkers — not enough for the full picture. Kyma analyses 80–100+ biomarkers across 12+ categories. This level of testing would cost over €500 at a private laboratory and is rarely prescribed without a clear medical indication. Kyma has negotiated preferential rates with our partner laboratories, allowing us to offer this level of analysis at a significantly lower price. Beyond the tests, your membership includes clinical interpretation of your findings, a personalised action protocol, and ongoing support from health coaches.
The primary care system does an excellent job of diagnosing and treating illness, but it was not designed for comprehensive preventive assessment. Most doctors simply can't order this range of tests through the standard system. Even if you were to arrange the tests privately, the cost would be considerably higher. Kyma complements the care you already receive by adding specialist interpretation and a personalised action protocol based on your findings.
No — testing is only available as part of a Kyma membership. Core includes 80+ biomarkers; Complete includes 100+. The value of Kyma goes beyond the tests themselves — it's the analysis, the personalised protocol, and the ongoing support that follow. As a member, you can add extra tests whenever you like.
Yes. As a member, you can add extra tests at any time directly through our platform. For most biomarkers, one annual assessment is sufficient to track trends. In certain cases, our clinical team may recommend an interim retest of specific markers to evaluate your response to the protocol.
Test results are ready within 7–10 working days. Once the analysis is complete, you receive a notification and gain access to your full profile through the dashboard, where you can view all your results, key findings, and your personalised protocol. You can then book your results review session with our team through the platform.
We work exclusively with accredited diagnostic laboratories that meet the highest quality standards. Every laboratory is vetted and evaluated by our team before joining the network.
Standard reference ranges define what is considered "normal" based on population averages. But "normal" does not mean optimal. Kyma uses optimal ranges grounded in current scientific literature, representing the levels at which your body functions at its full potential. For example, vitamin D is considered "normal" at 25 ng/mL, but the optimal range lies between 60–80 ng/mL. That difference fundamentally changes the recommendations you receive.
If any value falls outside normal limits or a significant risk factor is identified, our clinical team notifies you promptly and guides you on the next steps. In cases that require medical evaluation beyond our scope, we refer you to the appropriate specialist, potentially through our network of partners. You can also share your results directly with your own doctor to ensure full continuity of care.
Kyma is the first preventive health platform to offer comprehensive laboratory testing across 80–100+ biomarkers combined with personalised protocols and ongoing support. A standard annual check-up covers an average of 14 tests, with no personalised recommendations and no follow-up. With the conventional approach, you would need to visit multiple specialists separately to build a complete picture — without anyone connecting the findings. Kyma takes a holistic view and brings everything together in one clear protocol. You always have access to your results through the dashboard, allowing you to spot trends and track your health improvement over time.
No. Kyma specialises in preventive care and health optimisation through testing, analysis, and personalised protocols. It is not designed for emergencies or chronic conditions that require medical supervision. Your membership is built to complement your relationship with your doctor.
Our clinical team analyses your test results alongside your medical history, family history, diet, goals, and any previous tests you have uploaded. Drawing on this complete picture and the latest scientific literature, they design your personalised protocol and review it before it reaches you. Kyma's protocols were developed by doctors and researchers with decades of clinical experience and 90+ publications in international scientific journals. Your plan is prepared by clinical dietitians trained in our scientific methodology, under the supervision of our scientific advisory board.
Yes. All blood and urine tests are fully covered by your membership. There is no additional cost at the laboratory, no referral needed, and nothing for you to organise. You book your appointment through the platform and Kyma takes care of the rest.
Always a real person. Kyma's protocols are reviewed and approved by our clinical team. Our technology supports the analysis process, but every decision relating to your health goes through human review. You have access to a health coach for personal support throughout your membership. No automated system replaces clinical judgement when it comes to your protocol or health decisions. For day-to-day convenience, you also have access to an AI assistant that can answer quick questions about your results, your plan, or general health topics.
Your health coach is your dedicated wellness advisor. They help you understand your test results, implement your protocol correctly in your daily life, and work through any challenges that come up along the way. Kyma's health coaches are trained in our scientific methodology. Support includes regular sessions and the option to communicate via messaging.
Kyma partners with 50+ accredited laboratories across Greece and the United Kingdom. You choose a date, time, and location through the platform. The appointment takes approximately 15 minutes and includes a blood draw and urine sample.
You need to fast for 10–12 hours before the sample collection and stay well hydrated. Avoid intense exercise and alcohol consumption in the 24 hours beforehand. The blood draw is ideally done in the morning, between 7:00 and 10:00. You will receive detailed preparation instructions as soon as you book your appointment.
Your results are ready within 7–10 working days. Our clinical team then analyses your findings alongside your history, diet, and goals, and prepares your personalised protocol. Once everything is ready, you receive a notification to access your dashboard, where you will find your results and your plan. The final step is to book your results review session with our team.
Absolutely. Your results belong to you and you can download or share them at any time. We encourage our members to share their findings with their doctor to ensure a complete picture and continuity of care. Our team can facilitate this process if needed.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We also offer the option to pay in instalments through Klarna (3 interest-free instalments) and Clearpay (4 interest-free instalments). All memberships are billed annually. Cash payments are not available. After completing your payment, you will receive a digital receipt as required by law.
Kyma does not offer refunds once tests have been carried out, as the cost of the blood draw and analysis is incurred immediately. If you have not yet completed your tests, please get in touch so we can discuss your options.
In many cases, testing and follow-up costs may be partially or fully covered by private health insurance plans. This depends on your insurance provider, your specific plan, and your individual circumstances. Once your tests and consultations are complete, you'll receive an itemised receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
Core starts at €199/year and Complete at €399/year. For context, a standard annual check-up includes an average of 14 tests. If you wanted to run 80–100+ tests privately, you'd pay over €500 for the blood work alone — without analysis, without a protocol, without support. Kyma includes everything: tests, clinical analysis, a personalised protocol, biological age measurement, and ongoing health coach support.
All memberships are billed annually. However, we offer the option to pay through Klarna (3 interest-free instalments) and Clearpay (4 interest-free instalments).
