Yes. Kyma's protocols are developed by doctors and researchers with decades of clinical experience. Your plan is prepared by clinical dietitians trained in our evidence-based approach. (Please note: Kyma is a wellness service and does not replace the doctor–patient relationship.)

Kyma partners with 50+ accredited laboratories across Greece and the UK. You choose a date, time, and location through the platform. The appointment takes 15 minutes and includes a blood draw and urine sample.

No — testing is only available as part of a Kyma membership. The value of Kyma goes beyond the tests themselves — it's the analysis, the personalised protocol, and the ongoing support that follow. As a member, you can add extra tests whenever you like.

Most members notice meaningful changes within 6–8 months. Full stabilisation typically takes around a year, with optimal results building over two years of consistent tracking and adjustment.
